Things to do in Cala Llenya
- Nearby beaches: For adventurous people, you can also walk to Cala Nova and Cala Mastella. From the resort of Cala Llenya, the beach of Cala Nova is the easiest to reach on foot and about 1 km of walking with just a bit of searching to find the best way. Cala Mastella is harder to get to and about 2 km away.
- Las Dalias Hippy Market: This market is located just 2 km from Cala Llenya and is open every Saturday from 10 in the morning till late in the afternoon, pretty much all year round, with additional opening hours and days during the season.
- Snorkelling: The beach and sea here have a very natural feel; therefore, you can do some great snorkelling here along the rock sides of the bay.
- Watersports: Rent a pedal boat on the local beach.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife
Cala Llenya has very few restaurants. However, if you want to eat out 1 or 2 times during your holiday, there are enough here to choose from. If you are staying longer and want more variety, Cala Nova and Es Canar are a short walk or taxi ride away. However, most choose to eat in their hotel or do self-catering.
To have a nighttime drink, there are a few restaurants open till late, but they all close before midnight. In high season some might live performances and stay open slightly longer.

- Public transport (5.65 €/pp): Budget option, but you need at least 2 buses to reach your destination.
- Shuttle bus online (31.63 €/pp): Best for solo travel.
- Taxi (132.82 €) or minibus (130.42 €) online: If you need child safety seats, this is thee only option. Also no waiting or losing time at the airport taxi stand. Minibus is cheaper and great if you have more than 4 people or a lot of luggage.
- Taxi at the airport (43.00€): This is the base price for weekdays. During weekends and evenings, the price is higher. Roadworks, detours and traffic jams will make thee price go up. Maximum 4 people and no child safety seats.

Cala Llenya: When to go
Most people visit Cala Llenya for a relaxing beach holiday. If this is what you are looking for, then it is best to go from June to September. May and October are much more budget-friendly, but the area might feel empty with some things closed. July and August have the best beach weather, but since the beach here is not huge, it might get crowded with tourists coming from other locations.
